amazing stay!
fine lobbyfriendly staffbody odor
I completely adored the fine lobby. the amazing views were amazing and lovely! the staff offered very nice service. Their friendliness made everything so much better. i also loved that breakfast included such extensive options! i definitely want to stay again here next time.
the rooms smelled slightly of body odor! we had to switch rooms upon arrival, a minor inconvenience.

The breakfast area is amazing with views. it has extensive japanese and western options like miso soup, grilled fish, rice, bacon, sausages, eggs, and little cakes! everything was so fresh and tasty. I was in absolute heaven.

adequate stay marred by issues
acceptable locationawful smellunavailable room
the location was acceptable near ginza and the main station. it was mostly quiet which i needed.
the room i booked had an awful smell when i entered i told the staff but nothing happened. they said they could not switch rooms because nothing was available in my price range. the smell got worse it went from smelling like body odor to tuna it was disgusting
