good location great selection helpful staff small room high charge double price
The location is good near Shimbashi station. The breakfast includes a great selection. The staff proved very helpful .
My room was small. There was no place to keep two pieces of luggage. When I asked about changing rooms, they wanted to charge double price for a bigger room.

useful lounge friendly staff great view hard beds lesser amenities atrocious scent
The hotel has a lounge room on the 19th floor. This space is very useful. The room featured a great view. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The beds were painfully hard. The amenities in the rooms seemed of lesser quality. The first elevators had an atrocious scent from the deodorizer. It smelled of dried urine to us.

amazing stay!
fine lobby friendly staff
I completely adored the fine lobby. the amazing views were amazing and lovely! the staff offered very nice service. Their friendliness made everything so much better. i also loved that breakfast included such extensive options! i definitely want to stay again here next time.
the rooms smelled slightly of body odor! we had to switch rooms upon arrival, a minor inconvenience.

The breakfast area is amazing with views. it has extensive japanese and western options like miso soup, grilled fish, rice, bacon, sausages, eggs, and little cakes! everything was so fresh and tasty. I was in absolute heaven.

strange smell odd shower
The room smelled strange. A musty odor was present. the shower head location was odd. I had to hold it while showering. This made it a bit difficult.

My Superior Double Room had functional design. The location was accessible to transport. I appreciated proximity to shops and restaurants near. The hotel also offered views from higher floors.

adequate stay marred by issues
awful smell unavailable room
the location was acceptable near ginza and the main station. it was mostly quiet which i needed.
the room i booked had an awful smell when i entered i told the staff but nothing happened. they said they could not switch rooms because nothing was available in my price range. the smell got worse it went from smelling like body odor to tuna it was disgusting
